George McGraw is director and co-founder of the DigDeep Right to Water Project in Los Angeles, a human rights initiative bringing clean water to Southern Sudan. With experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, George has worked for several governments and has consulted on water projects for the United Nations Development Programme in Afghanistan. George is also an internationally published legal scholar with research interests in international law, statehood and resource rights.
